Sylvanus Godspower was born into a Christian family in the Volta Region of Ghana. He is one of six siblings and the only male child of his parents. At the age of 12, while in primary 6, the hand of the Lord captured him, and gave him a dynamic salvation. From that moment, he came to know the Lord for himself and no longer relied solely on the faith of his parents.. Upon being saved, Sylvanus immediately began to discard anything that could damage his relationship with the Lord. Consequently, he became separated from his old friends and spent most of his leisure time in the Word and prayer throughout his basic education. After completing school in 2015, he felt a burning desire to seek the Lord. This passion drove him to diligently study the Bible and various gospel materials every day. The turning point occurred on one fortunate day while visiting his uncle, Mr. Joseph Ganu, who lived in the same town as his parents.
